Telephone Interviewer
Applications are currently being accepted for telephone interviewers in our data collection center. We hire for these positions on an as-needed basis. A few of the required skills include:
- Type a minimum of 30-words per minute
- Customer service experience
- Friendliness and professionalism
- Strong verbal (English) communication skills
- Listening and problem solving skills
- Integrity
- Reliable (attendance, attitude, etc.)
- Spanish language skills a plus
The data collection center is generally open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We do not conduct interviews on Sunday and are closed for most major holidays.
